- Karen Aggett Review added: 2018.01.12★ ★ ★ ★ ★These guys have changed the bearings on my back wheels, the link rods on the suspension both front and back, the oil filter and also the oil filter housing gasket. I had an oil leak and they found it was from the oil filter housing so they took the car apart and changed the gasket and it still leaked. They took it apart again and found it was the rubber seals that had gone. It was Sunday but they went to Halfords and managed to get some rings that fit my car. They refitted the housing and my car is now perfect. No leaks and no clanking over rough roads. Although they took the engine apart twice they did not charge me for this and it was the cheapest and best work I have ever had done on my car. I will never go anywhere else now. They do MOTs for £35 where as I was charged £54 at another garage in Potton. ABS are definitely the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have come across. Thanks guys. If anyone is looking for a good honest mechanic then you can't go wrong with Ionel at ABS.
