Yesterday (15 Sep 2017) I needed to upgrade my software from MS Office 2007 becuase MS are ceasing technical support in October 2017. I e-mailed for assistance and Dr Jones called me back within 10 minutes. He advised that he could do the task that day, and because his company has a special licence agreement MS Office 2016 PROFESSIONAL would only cost me £40 not the £160 that I would have been charged by MS had I tried to do it myself privately. I, of course, immediately agreed to his proceeding on my behalf. Later on, after seeing to other customers, a link to a downloading file, and some deft remote access work by Dr Jones and I was fully updated to MS Office 2016 Professional that day. It was a truly painless experience, and because it was done by remote control it could be carried out anywhere in the country (world?). I have no hesitation in recommending this PC support service to any customer Business or Residential for his speed of response and competence in execution.
Additionally, he has an excellently reassuring screen-side manner!
